{"id":347,"date":"2022-08-18T05:04:27","date_gmt":"2022-08-18T05:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hello.hermesdeliverysystem.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=347"},"modified":"2022-08-18T05:04:27","modified_gmt":"2022-08-18T05:04:27","slug":"software-engineer","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.cedricholdings.co.za\/?awsm_job_openings=software-engineer","title":{"rendered":"Software Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with other software engineers to ensure appropriate integration of<br \/>\nfunctions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system<br \/>\nenhancements to deploy new products, business features and process<br \/>\nimprovements<\/li>\n<li>Resolve variety of high impact problems\/projects through in-depth<br \/>\nevaluation of complex technical challenges, business processes, system<br \/>\nprocesses, and industry standards<\/li>\n<li>Provide advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure<br \/>\napplication development adheres to the overall architecture design.<\/li>\n<li>Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and<br \/>\ndevelop innovative solutions<\/li>\n<li>Serve as technical advisor or coach to new or entry level developers and<br \/>\nanalysts, allocating work as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Appropriately assess risk when business and technical decisions are<br \/>\nmade, demonstrating particular consideration for the balance of technology<br \/>\ninnovation, firm&#8217;s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and<br \/>\nassets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations,<br \/>\nadhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal<br \/>\nbehavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and<br \/>\nreporting control issues with transparency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of software development experience.<\/li>\n<li>Agile knowledge, preferably scrum and SAFe framework<\/li>\n<li>JavaScript\/Java\/Oracle\/NoSQL\/Cloud\/Docker\/MicroService<br \/>\nImplementation.
